It all starts here. This is the retail feasibility study. We look closely at your healthcare organization, assess your retail opportunities and define what concepts will work best for your hospital or clinic and within your Retail System. On-site visits and staff interviews are conducted, traffic is assessed and store recommendations are made showing actual square footage and renderings. The process takes 90-120 days to complete.

Retail Trek

Following Retail Discovery, which defines an organization’s retail opportunities and capabilities, the Retail Trek team guides clients in the development of their Retail System and helps set up the necessary retail processes so that retail can function as a profitable business. Store design and construction takes place, people are hired, merchandise plans are written and products are bought. The process takes an average of nine months to complete - all the way through grand opening, depending on the number of concepts.
