Senior Project Manager
Melissa's experience and passion for health care makes her a perfect fit for the Simply Retail team. As Senior Project Manager, Melissa leads the Retail Discovery process, our in-depth feasibility study assessing and defining a hospital system's retail opportunities. Melissa coordinates everything from on-site visits and extensive clinical and executive staff interviews to data collection and analysis. Based on this research, she and the Retail Discovery team develop a highly customized retail assessment along with specific concept recommendations, revenue projections, store renderings and floor plans. Melissa has worked for a variety of healthcare companies in management and patient care, in marketing, and has also worked as a customer service representative. Her experience in both healthcare and corporate environments provides the perfect foundation for her role as liaison between Simply Retail and our clients. And her hands-on patient care experience provides an insightful perspective into the things patients need. She knows that the success of a healthcare retail initiative is measured not only by increased revenues, but also by increased patient service and satisfaction. Melissa recently became a proud mother to a baby boy born in April. Brandon keeps her busy at home with walks, reading books, and even helps with his baby blog. Melissa also enjoys spending time with her husband. Together they enjoy traveling, playing games, cooking, and weekends at the cabin.
