The Director of Retail Implementation is primarily responsible for a combination of retail management, store design and implementation, and retail data collection and analysis. An integral management position in the company, it requires significant contact with C-level executives, operational department heads, architects, and financial professionals within the retail and healthcare community.
Responsibilities include:
Retail Trek and Retail Management
- Initiate TREK clients and guide them through the entire project management and store development process
- Prepare store development timelines and project management schedules
- Advise client and or manage store design
- Manage store opening and store development timelines
- Act as liaison between Simply Retail and client architectural firms
- Manage development of fixture, millwork and signage design and placement
- Assist in hiring and training of Director of Retail and retail staff for client retail system
- Train and manage on location Retail Directors
- Train retail system employees on healthcare retail sales and healthcare retail products
- Recommend and evaluate voint of Sale system and retail management technology
- Assist client in development and implementation of point of care curriculum integration
- Assist client with retail system marketing
- Introduce client to Simply Products and its implementation
- Establish, track and train client on appropriate sales measurements
- Advise and assist in the development of store sales plans
- Advise, develop and execute store merchandising plans including actual store set-up
- Develop additional retail management tools, reports, and processes for managed retail stores
