Client Engagement
When Simply Retail accepts an engagement with a client, we look for three factors:
1. Top management must be involved. This is a top-down initiative.
2. The healthcare organization must view retailing as a patient value. Healthcare Retail is not “shop ‘til you drop” it is an integrated approach within the clinical environment.
3. The organization must be committed, strategically, to look for new revenues.
